No refunds are offered.
No store credit instead of refund.
Returns for refund are not allowed, even for “didn’t like it,” sale items, or after wearing.
If there is a payment/billing issue, the customer should send the order number for review.
Exchange policy
Exchanges are allowed mainly for size exchange only.
Customer must send:
Order number
Size needed
Exchange must be requested within 1–2 days of delivery.
Item must be unworn and in original packaging.
Exchanges can take 5–8 days.
If the wanted size is sold out, the team should check availability, but the FAQ does not clearly offer color exchange/store credit/refund.
Inspection / return with courier
Customer should check/try the item while the courier is still outside.
If there is a problem, the FAQ says the customer should return it with the courier and pay shipping fees.
For wrong/damaged items, the FAQ asks for order number and proof/photo so the team can review.
